Looking for a designer for residential and commercial interiors. Hybrid of onsite and remote. Candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp and experienced with producing a full set of construction drawings for residential projects as well as commercial - including custom millwork and detailing. The right candidate will also be able to help with other aspects of the project such as a procurement, and sending professional emails and communicating with the client. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with high-end furniture and finishes and help with selections and possess a good understanding of color, materials, and building codes. A good graphic design sensibility is a must. AutoCad, SketchUp and Photoshop required. Familiarity with an interior design project management software preferred but not required.
Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and should be able to commute to work, even if it is hybrid. Both of these requirements are non-negotiable.
