Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction estimating.
Experience managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and contract documents.
Experience managing submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Proficiency with Bluebeam for document review, quantity takeoffs, and collaboration.
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordination processes.
Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with healthcare, industrial, educational, government, or design-build projects is preferred.
