Role Overview
A Treatment Coordinator is responsible for shaping the entire guest experience:
- From the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave
- From clear communication to personalized guidance
- From understanding needs to recommending the right options
- From seamless scheduling to supporting clinical flow
- From front desk harmony to clinic-wide teamwork
This role directly influences customer satisfaction, reviews, retention, and overall revenue quality.
You are the connection between clients, nurses, estheticians, and operations—and your work truly matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and handle check-in/check-out
- Manage scheduling, changes, and calendars through our CRM
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Communicate new policies, promotions, and treatment options
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and environment
- Provide consultation support and recommend appropriate services
- Collaborate with nurses, estheticians, and treatment providers
- Participate in improving front desk workflows and service quality
