Tech Sales, LLC (PS=Ø) is a construction technology company, born from a 45+ year old engineering firm. We focus on helping project teams eliminate compromise in large-scale concrete construction. Our system was created to eliminate pour strips, helping concrete to cure and shrink without the delays and sacrifices traditional methods cause. Our system improves schedule certainty, jobsite safety, and long-term structural performance on complex projects across the country.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in St. Paul, MN.
This role also supports Reigstad Engineers, Inc. and our portfolio of companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promotes the Company’s mission and supports the accounting/finance department by:
1. Assist with sales tax registration along with monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales tax
reporting
2. Deposit checks and manage cash application
3. Bank account reconciliations
4. General ledger account reconciliations
5. Manage accounts payable (multiple different companies)
6. Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll and complete all corresponding journal entries
7. Project invoicing
8. Work with shipping/procurement manager to create and submit purchase orders to vendors
9. Month-end financial statement preparation
10. Assist with HR as-needed
11. Company credit card processing
12. Backup controller and assist with ad-hoc projects when needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years working experience (minimum)
Computer Skills
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
