Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in overall store operations and leadership.

Assist in Team Member management throughout shifts.

Lead and delegate to ensure processes and procedures are followed.
- Ensure a superior guest experience while maximizing sales and profitability.

Complete store opening and closing procedures efficiently.

Make bank deposits and assist with product ordering.

Communicate positive brand impressions to enhance the guest experience.

Maintain high-quality preparation of smoothies and enforce sanitary practices.

Perform store checklist tasks.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and local laws.
Essential Functions:

Operate a blender and POS cashier system effectively.

Move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs. throughout the store.

Be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments.

Tolerate exposure to food allergens and maintain cleanliness.

Exhibit excellent communication skills and reliability.
