Join our 60-bed long-term care nursing facility as our Social Services & Admissions Director. We are seeking a compassionate, organized professional to oversee resident admissions, discharge planning, social services, and family support while ensuring a positive resident experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in long-term care, social services, or admissions preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and discharge planning is a plus
- LPN Nurses are encouraged to apply but not necessary for position.
