We are seeking motivated team members for a full-time, face-to-face sales role based out of our Gold River, CA office. You will represent AT&T in-person by visiting local residential areas to speak directly with customers about upgrading to fiber internet and wireless services. Entry Level Sales Team Member - Responsibilities:
- Maintain a full-time, in-person schedule engaging directly with customers face-to-face to actively pitch and close sales for AT&T’s fiber and wireless services.
- Build trust and strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored connectivity solutions.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals through consistent, high-quality customer interactions and persuasive communication.
- Complete end-to-end enrollment processes, including account setup, service activation, and troubleshooting initial client questions.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM to track progress and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies, share insights, and implement creative approaches to meet targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of our team’s products, promotions, and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Entry Level Sales Team Member - Qualifications / Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail engagement preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable working independently while remaining a collaborative Entry Level Sales Team Member.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain complex products in simple, relatable terms.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling to meet customer needs.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems and mobile devices.
- Positive attitude, resilient mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

- Compensation: Commission-based — average earnings range from $80 to $155 per unit sold, with the majority of team members consistently closing at least one sale per day. Average weekly earnings of $900-$1300 per week.
