Position Summary
The Client Success Specialist serves as a trusted partner to adult education, workforce development, and corrections-based programs using Aztec's learning solutions. In this highly collaborative, client-facing role, you will guide new clients through implementation, drive product adoption, deliver training, and build long-term relationships that support client success, retention, and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a passion for education, training, and helping organizations achieve measurable results.
What You'll Do
Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new and expanding clients.
- Guide clients through product setup, rollout, and adoption strategies.
- Provide onboarding resources aligned to program goals, funding requirements, and instructional models.
- Support clients in achieving successful early adoption and long-term engagement.
Client Success & Adoption
- Monitor product usage, engagement, and implementation progress.
- Proactively connect with clients to maximize utilization and instructional impact.
- Identify adoption challenges and provide targeted recommendations and support.
Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with educators, administrators, and program leaders.
- Serve as a client advocate by communicating feedback and trends across internal teams.
- Facilitate ongoing conversations that strengthen client satisfaction and long-term success.
Training & Professional Development
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person product training sessions.
- Support clients using a variety of instructional and technology-enhanced learning models.
- Share industry best practices that improve implementation effectiveness and learner outcomes.
Growth & Expansion Support
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, referrals, and success stories.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnership teams by providing client insights and warm introductions.
- Document client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes within the company CRM.
Ongoing Support
- Respond to client questions and provide basic product support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Manage multiple client relationships while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult education, workforce development, customer success, training, or a related field.
- Experience working with educators, administrators, or publicly funded programs.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort delivering presentations and training via virtual meeting platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with CRM systems and client engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with adult education, workforce development, corrections education, or educational technology solutions.

Travel: During peak conference season, travel can be up to 60%. During non-peak conference season, travel can be up to 30%
