Sproul Lanes is looking for energetic, outgoing Party Hosts who love working with people and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Party Host, you'll be the dedicated host for birthday parties and special events, making sure every celebration runs smoothly from start to finish.
If you're friendly, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team!
This is a tipped position- most party hosts make at least $75 a day in tips.
Responsibilities
- Welcome party guests and introduce yourself as their dedicated host.
- Set up party tables, food, drinks, decorations, and supplies.
- Serve food and beverages to party guests.
- Keep the party on schedule and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Assist with bowling activities and answer guest questions.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event.
- Coordinate with kitchen, porters, and management to ensure a seamless experience.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
- Comfortable speaking with both children and adults.
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Able to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift.
- Weekend availability is required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Previous customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
