We are seeking an experienced and motivated Banquet Captain to oversee and coordinate banquet events, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, leadership experience, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Lead and manage banquet events from setup to breakdown

Coordinate with event planners and internal teams to ensure all event details are accurately executed

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and floor plans

Supervise and support banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support team members

Train new team members on service standards and banquet procedures

Monitor events in real time, proactively addressing any issues that arise

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and clients

Assist with food and beverage service, including serving and clearing tables as needed

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all banquet areas

Prior experience in hotel food service or hospitality industry required

Familiarity with Clover POS system preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality best practices

Experience conducting interviews and hiring banquet staff is a plus

Understanding of restaurant or event management principles
