We are currently hiring Mold Fabricators in Orlando, FL for on-going projects. Pay is $25- $28 per hour based on experience and skillset. As a Mold Fabricator you are responsible for building high quality molds for large-scale commercial projects. OSHA 10 required - training can be provided for qualified candidates
Mold Fabricator Responsibilities

Build, modify, and repair molds for fiberglass, foam, composites, and other specialty materials

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and design specifications

Construct molds using wood, fiberglass, resin, plaster, silicone, and various other mold-making materials

Prepare molds for production ensuring accuracy and quality

Perform finishing, trimming, sanding, and surface preparation as needed

Collaborate with scenic artists, carpenters, sculptors, and production teams to meet project deadlines

Inspect completed molds and troubleshoot issues
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Mold Fabricator Qualifications

Previous experience as a mold fabricator or similar fabrication role

Experience working with fiberglass, resins, silicone, composites, or related materials

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in scenic fabrication is a plus
