We are a Heavy Highway and Civil Construction Contractor seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our growing team!
Responsibilities include:
- Experience with claims and worker's comp
- Fleet management experience - knowledge of safety and compliance as it pertains to commercial vehicle and heavy trucking
- IFTA, IRP, 2290
- DVIR's and roadside inspection
- Hazardous waste permits
- Annual DOT Reporting
- Registering commercial vehicles, trailers, etc.
- Maintain and organize DOT driver files
- Fleet Safety Coaching - communicates with drivers and others in the company to ensure safe driving behaviors and make corrections as needed
- Experience in training/coaching and making corrective action
- Open and approachable mindset - capable of engaging in difficult but necessary dialogues, and maintain a positive attitude

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
