Currently our client a Japanese High-end Entertainment company is seeking an IT Support Specialist II.

【Position】IT Support Specialist II
【Compensation】$70-75K base
【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- First-Line Support: Triage and resolve internal hardware and software tickets within established SLAs.
- Device Management: Provision, configure, track, and decommission laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
- MDM & Compliance: Monitor device compliance and update security policies using Microsoft Intune.
- Onboarding & Projects: Handle new hire tech setups and support new restaurant openings.
- Infrastructure & POS: Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, cabling, and POS systems across locations.
- On-Site Support: Travel to restaurant markets (LA, LV, NY) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Access Control: Manage user accounts, permissions, and timely offboarding access removal.
- Security & Regulations: Maintain IT documentation and adhere to CCPA and PCI DSS standards.
Qualifications:
・1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
・Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals.
・Experience with device management: provisioning, MDM (Microsoft Intune preferred), and lifecycle management.
・Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
・Ability to manage multiple open tickets in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
・Ability to travel to restaurant locations as required; valid driver's license.
・Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance and work in confined spaces during equipment setup.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
