Happy's Drive-Thru Car Wash is opening a brand-new location in Eureka, CA, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, service-minded leader to help launch our newest wash!
This is a rare opportunity to join our team before opening day, receive company-paid training, and play a key role in building a high-performing team from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

What We're Looking For
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Experience in retail, hospitality, automotive service, restaurant, or other guest-focused industries preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for serving people
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the day
Opening Soon – Company-Paid Training
Our Eureka location is currently under construction.
The ideal candidate will be excited to travel to one of our existing Happy's locations for company-paid training while construction is completed. Happy's covers all travel, lodging, and training expenses, allowing you to gain the experience and confidence needed to successfully lead our newest location from day one.
