Riverbend of South Natick, a beautifully renovated family owned Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility, is looking for Nurses to join our team. This primary Medicaid/Medicare run, 51 bed facility is conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood in South Natick, MA providing a home like setting for residents and employees alike!
These nursing positions offer competitive compensation within a pleasant work environment. Rate is negotiable and commensurate on experience.
Experience in geriatrics is preferred, but not required! We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN's) as well as LPN/LVNs to join our staff!

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to geriatric population in various healthcare settings.
- Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding procedures with precision.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient information management.
- Conduct patient assessments, including physiological evaluations and health coaching.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for elderly patients.
