What You’ll Be Doing
- As a member of our experienced provider team, you will:
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins injections, dermal fillers, PDO threads, laser procedures, and other non-surgical aesthetic services.
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, skincare, and post-treatment care
- Deliver safe, ethical, and results-driven patient care
- Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to support continued practice growth and excellence
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, clinically skilled, and passionate about aesthetic medicine.
- Active California RN, NP, or PA license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (high-acuity or Emergency Medicine background preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetic medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice
- Proven proficiency with neurotoxins injections, dermal fillers, PDO threads, laser procedures, and other advanced aesthetic treatments
- Familiarity with leading aesthetic brands, including Allergan, Galderma, and Merz
- Strong consultation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to build patient trust, develop customized treatment plans, and consistently meet or exceed performance and sales goals through ethical consultations and exceptional patient care
- Leadership or mentoring experience is highly valued

General Business Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday availability
