Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Starting at $28.00/hour

+$0.10/hour per year of experience (up to 20 years)

Maximum: $30.00/hour
Registered Nurse (RN):

Starting at $32.00/hour

+$0.10/hour per year of experience (up to 20 years)

Maximum: $34.00/hour

Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care

Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation

Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively

Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes

Lead, support, and collaborate with CNAs and team members

Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Active Illinois RN or LPN license (required)

Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
