About the Role
As a Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-quality components through precise welding techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic excellence across a variety of production assemblies, directly contributing to the reliability of our finished products.
Responsibilities-
Execute high-quality welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions to meet rigorous structural standards.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to ensure accurate component assembly and alignment.

Utilize overhead cranes and specialized positioning equipment to safely stage heavy metal parts for fabrication.

Perform post-weld finishing tasks, including grinding and wire brushing, to ensure surfaces meet quality specifications.

Calibrate welding machine settings to optimize penetration and bead consistency for diverse metal types.

Maintain a high-standard workspace by adhering to 6S methodology and all facility safety protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and maintain consistent output quality.

Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and work instructions.

Demonstrated proficiency in manual welding techniques across multiple positions.

Capability to wear required personal protective equipment, including welding helmets, for extended durations.

Current welding certification from an accredited technical institution.
