HeartPath Home Care LLC provides compassionate pediatric skilled nursing services through Georgia’s GAPP program. We support medically fragile children and their families by delivering high-quality care in the comfort of the child’s home.
We are looking for dependable, compassionate Registered Nurses who want meaningful one-on-one pediatric nursing work.
Responsibilities
The RN will provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the physician’s plan of care
- Monitor patient condition and report changes appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide G-tube, trach, vent, seizure, respiratory, and other skilled care as applicable
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with families, physicians, and the HeartPath clinical team
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards
- Support families with compassion, professionalism, and respect
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Private duty nursing, home health, ICU, NICU, PICU, ER, or med-surg experience is a plus
- Must pass background check and required onboarding screenings
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
