We are seeking Full Time Housekeepers to join our team at UMC's Crisis Stabilization Center. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff. The Housekeeper will ensure that all facilities are well-kept, contributing to the overall mission of providing high-quality care.

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing facilities.

Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and offices to ensure a welcoming environment.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.

Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in compliance with health regulations.

Support the setup and breakdown of facilities for events or meetings.

Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial or janitorial services preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment usage.\

Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk or hear, and smell continually.

Close vision is required to see computer monitors, read documents, and operate copy and fax machines.

Ability to stand, walk, and reach frequently.

Must be able to move quickly in emergencies, including walking briskly or running short distances.

Ability to maintain physical and mental alertness during prolonged periods of activity in highstress environments.
