Multi-Family Management Company is seeking experienced Make-Ready tech. The Make-ready will report directly to the Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to multi-task, have a professional and positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors.
Must have reliable transportation, have your own tools, basic knowledge of appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, low level electrical repairs and know all facets of apartment make-ready preferred. (Will work some weekends if/when needed ) The candidate will also be responsible to help maintain the property, Assist in service ticket requests, help maintain swimming pool and property grounds.
2+ yrs minimum experience.
