WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with sound knowledge of all ingredients and preparations.
- Consistently follows steps of service with efficiency and grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen at all times during service.
- Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.
- Demonstrate an eagerness to continue to learn and grow.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
- 1-2+ years experience in a server role in a full-service restaurant
- Must be able to work standing or walking for 7-8 hours at a time
- Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
- Prior knowledge of wine and spirits, ability to inform and guide guests through beverage menu
- Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards

Pay: $10.70 per hour + tips. The hourly rate including tips can range from $35-$55 per hour.
