Alan's Lids is a Western hat and wear shop rooted in craft, culture, and real customer connection. We fit hats, we shape hats, and we send people out the door standing a little taller than when they walked in. Our customers come in for something meaningful — a custom fit for a wedding, a rodeo, a milestone — and our team is the reason they keep coming back.
We're growing and we're looking for 2–4 Sales Associates to join us at our Crowley, TX location. If you live the Western lifestyle, love genuine interaction with people, and want a job that actually reflects who you are — we want to talk to you.
What This Role Looks Like

Being the first face customers see and making that count
- Helping customers find exactly what they're looking for in hats and western wear
- Handling sales, phone orders, and keeping inventory sharp
- Traveling to rodeos and events as part of the team
- Pitching in on shipping, receiving, and mobile unit prep
- Solving problems on the fly and taking ownership when things need to get done
- Earn it, and we'll teach it. Learning Hat shaping opportunities exist for those who excel and show a real drive to grow.
What We're Looking For

18+ with a valid driver's license
- Outgoing, people-first personality with strong communication skills
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
- Within commuting distance of Crowley, TX - Do NOT apply if not within commuting distance from Crowley, TX or willing to relocate to be within commuting distance.
- Open to occasional travel for local rodeos and events
- Able to lift and carry 30+ lbs
- Retail or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Bilingual in Spanish is a welcome bonus!
