Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or a similar role within a bakery, bagel restaurant setting.
- Strong skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and work with staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety regulations, and best practices in food production.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Experience in cash handling and financial management within a retail or food service environment is preferred.
- A passion for baking and an understanding of various baking techniques is highly desirable.
