Collections/Originations Manager Responsibilities:

Lead collections & lending team for assigned location

Manage delinquency & charge-off
-
Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service

Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Develop and manage a strong sales team

Ensure location achieves sales goals
Collections/Originations Manager Requirements:

Sales driven mindset

Collections leadership experience

First-party consumer collections

Sub-prime experience is a plus

Collections/Originations Manager Work Hours:

No Sundays

5-day work week schedule
