Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Boise Metropolitan Area for an Experienced Paralegal specializing in Business Law and Real Estate. This role supports attorneys and clients through case management, legal drafting, scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day legal operations in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, professional in client interactions, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Manage case files, client records, and legal documentation
- Coordinate attorney calendars, deadlines, meetings, and court dates
- Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and outside parties professionally
- Assist with legal research and document preparation
- Organize discovery materials and case-related records
- Prepare files and materials for hearings, meetings, and closings
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client matters
- Support attorneys with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 2-5 years as a paralegal, or in an administrative legal support role
- Experience with case management software and document systems
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and document filing
- Experience in business law or real estate preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common technology platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
Schedule
- Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered depending on experience
- In-office, hybrid, or flexible arrangements may be available depending on role and experience.
