Position Details
- Employment Type: 1099
- Pay: Weekly
- Compensation: Based on experience and skill level
- Location: DMV (DC, Maryland & Northern Virginia)
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience installing split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and mini-splits
- Ability to install equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local code
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
