South Jersey Commercial Plumbing Company in business 20+ years seeking Commercial Plumbers.
Applicants should be able to run all phases of commercial plumbing including layout and installation for tenant fit outs and/or new construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review blueprints to determine optimal work procedures
- Work/Supervise others in all phases of commercial plumbing
- Install new commercial plumbing according to blueprints and codes.
- Lay out, install copper and PVC piping and setting fixtures in all phases of below and above ground plumbing.
- Set rooftop units for HVAC and run refrigeration lines
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial plumbing preferred
- Valid driver’s license and hand tools required
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics and review submittals
- Ability to handle physical workload (job requires climbing ladders, hand digging trenches, carrying fixtures) and the use of lifts and/or excavators
- Strong troubleshooting, verbal communication and critical thinking skills
