Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Helpdesk/Customer & Logistics Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and patients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a compassionate approach to customer service.
Helpdesk Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our healthcare software and services.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively.
- Provide proactive digital navigation support, guiding patients and caregivers through our platform and anticipating their needs.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and support.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Shipping and Receiving Qualifications/Skills:
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Unloads deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Assemble packaged kits for delivery
- Provides backup support for logistics personnel
- Maintains a clean, neat, working area.
HIPAA, Privacy & Security Responsibilities
- Comply with all HIPAA, HITECH, company privacy policies, and information security requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, client, and company information.
- Access, use, and disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) only as required to perform assigned duties.
- Report any suspected privacy, security, or compliance concerns according to company procedures.
- Participate in required HIPAA, privacy, security, and compliance training programs.
- Adhere to established data protection, password management, device security, and record retention practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role, preferably in a healthcare or technology setting.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the office work environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems, CRM software, and other support tools.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
