Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Assist with food handling, delivery, preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness in food service areas
- Support event setup and breakdown, including bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained by following proper handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest relations and resolve any service issues promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality setting is highly desirable
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction
- Experience with food preparation, coffee service, or beverage presentation is a plus.
