Experienced Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in designing developing and supporting scalable enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices and modern UI frameworks Strong background in Agile delivery cloudnative development API integrations and DevOps practices Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams drive continuous improvement and deliver highquality solutions in fastpaced environments Excellent communication problemsolving and stakeholder management skills with a strong focus on business value and customer outcomes
Strong experience with Java 81117 Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security and Microservices
Handson experience with Angular preferred or React
Expertise in REST APIs API Gateway OAuth JWT and application security
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB or similar databases
Experience with Kafka Docker Kubernetes Jenkins Git MavenGradle
Design develop test and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices and RESTful APIs
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using AngularReact JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3
Build secure highperforming backend services and integrate with enterprise and thirdparty applications
Design optimize and manage relational and NoSQL databases
Participate in application architecture technical design reviews and solution discussions
Develop cloudnative applications and support deployments on AWS Azure or GCP platforms
Implement eventdriven architecture and messaging solutions using Kafka RabbitMQ or JMS
Ensure adherence to coding standards security policies and development best practices
Perform code reviews troubleshooting root cause analysis and production support activities
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence across the team
Work within Agile ScrumKanban teams contributing to iterative and incremental delivery
Participate actively in Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement sessions
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into welldefined user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner closely with QA DevOps Product Owners Architects and stakeholders to ensure successful sprint outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work effectively with global and crossfunctional teams
Strong ownership accountability and delivery mindset
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field is preferred
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices
Must be available to work in Hybrid mode at least 3 days at client location
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
Experience in Banking Financial Services and Insurance BFSI domain
Exposure to GenAI AIassisted development tools and cloud modernization initiatives
Experience working in largescale Agile transformation and enterprise delivery programs
Experience working with distributed teams and global stakeholders

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $93,000.00 to $142,000.00 per year
