Willow Winds is looking to hire 2 energetic Resident Assistants (RA) to join our team. These positions are full-time. Hours will be from 6 AM to 2 PM (1st shift) and the other position is 2 PM to 10 PM (2nd shift) and every other weekend for each position. We are hiring 1 person per shift. As an RA, your job will require you to:
- Administer medication to the residents (Requires Medication Manager course that is provided by Willow Winds and requires you to be 18+ years of age)
- Help with daily dressing and other ADL
- Assist with showers when following the shower schedule
- Light housekeeping with resident rooms and facility
- Serve meals and help kitchen staff with any cleanup
- Chart any unusual behaviors and follow-up with the nurse
- Interact with residents and family throughout the shift
- Answer phone during after-office hours
