Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
- Maintain floor care routines including carpet vacuuming sweeping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments for different flooring types
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow sanitation protocols rigorously to uphold health standards in all areas of the home
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and sanitation practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with floor care methods including carpet cleaning and floor maintence
- Ability to handle cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is a plus, demonstrating versatility in housekeeping or custodial work
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and j best practices to ensure safe environments
