Hourly rates range from $17 to $25 per hour and are based on individual experience, willingness to travel, and the services required. The Lakewood area ranges from $22 to $25 per hour.
- Certified Nursing Assistant must possess a current unrestricted Colorado state issued CNA license.
- Must have a strong desire to assist in the delivery of basic client care. Employment is on a scheduled basis, however, is subject for change at the client's request and/or if changes in the client's condition warrants accommodation.
- Must have dependable means of transportation and be willing to travel within reason.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and co-workers
- Follow assigned Plan of Care and agency Policies/Procedures.
- Assist with ADL’s and personal care by providing verbal prompts or reminders as well as contact assistance.
- Report all and any changes in Client condition to supervisor promptly.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Assists with household chores including cooking, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry.
- Assist in completing activities such as shopping and appointments.
- Assist with or performs tasks such as personal hygiene, bathing, hair care, mouth care, dressing, skin care and transfers.
- All disciplines must past a Criminal Background Investigation (CBI), and a Colorado Adult Protective Service Investigation (CAPS).
Basic Requirements:
Valid proof of residency (Driver's License, SS card, and Passport)
High School or General Education Diploma
Current Copy Colorado State issued CNA License
6 months to 1 year experience preferred (On Site Training Available)
Current First Aide/CPR training preferred (Site Training Offered)
Mental Health First Aid Certification (Site Training Offered)
Current/Recent TB
Current COVID Vaccination (Family providers are excluded)
Proof of prior and /or current flu immunization
Must be receptive to the following:
Criminal and CAPS background Investigations
Drug screening
Required education:
- High school or equivalent preferred
Required experience:
- Experience: 6 months-1 year preferred
