In Order to Join, You Must:
- Active real estate agent or have the will to earn a license (we can help)
- Motivated agents who want more than just commission checks — we're talking long-term wealth, working with serious investors, and learning how to grow your own portfolio while helping others build theirs.
- Willingness to be trained directly with top-producing agents in the industry, get hands-on experience with investor-focused strategies, and receive world-class coaching every step of the way.
- Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
- Comfortable with technology
As a Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:
- Networking and prospecting, using KW's proven systems and models
- Working with buyers and sellers to start and close real estate transactions
- Fostering and building client relationships
- Negotiating contracts, handling client issues, and coordinating with third-party entities
Compensation
Real estate agents are independent contractors, not provided a salary or hourly wage. This however also means your income potential has no limit. Full-time real estate agents at Keller Williams Realty can make $1,000,000+ every year.
