Member Duties : The AmeriCorps member will build and strengthen centralized volunteer recruitment and engagement systems across multiple service sites. The member will develop recruitment strategies, outreach materials, and tracking systems to support volunteer growth. They will create structured onboarding materials, training toolkits, and workflow documentation to promote consistent volunteer engagement practices. The member will also design data tracking tools, dashboards, and sustainability plans to measure volunteer capacity and ensure continuity beyond the service year. This work will expand organizational capacity to support long-term poverty reduction efforts.
