What You'll Do
- Connect directly with homeowners and build relationships
- Generate business through neighborhood canvassing and direct outreach
- Identify potential exterior home restoration needs
- Conduct property and roof inspections after completing training
- Educate homeowners on our services and restoration process
- Present solutions and confidently ask for the business
- Follow up with customers and manage your pipeline
- Track activity through our CRM
- Participate in ongoing sales and industry training

Representatives begin by generating and building their own pipeline with some help from your manager. As you demonstrate consistency and performance, there may also be opportunities to receive company-generated leads.
