We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Early Intervention Specialist to support infants and toddlers (0–3) and their families in the South Bay area.

What You’ll Do
- Provide early intervention services for children ages 0–3 in home and community settings
- Conduct developmental assessments (HELP preferred)
- Support families through play-based, relationship-focused interventions
- Complete documentation and progress reports
- Caseload will be developed gradually as referrals come in
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field)
- OR 4+ years of early intervention experience equivalent
- Experience working with children ages 0–3 required
- HELP assessment experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Must have reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance
