Responsibilities
As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with:
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Meal planning and preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies
- Monitoring changes in a client's physical or emotional condition and reporting concerns
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to treat every client with dignity and respect
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if transportation is required)
- Ability to pass background screening and meet company hiring requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required—we provide training for individuals with a genuine passion for caring for others.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
