JOB DESCRIPTION
The Construction Site Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The Foreman serves as the primary on-site leader, working closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and other team members to maintain productivity and resolve issues as they arise.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and navigate uneven terrain for extended periods.
- Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+years of construction experience
- Willing to drive
- Familiar with Google Docs Software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Organizational skills

Working Conditions
- Full-time position with occasional overtime as required by project schedules.
- Work performed primarily on active construction sites.
- Must consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
