Job Summary
The Before and After School Care Program Administrator and TeacherBefore and After School Care Program Administrator and Teacher oversees the daily operations of an educational facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic programs and fostering a positive learning environment. This leadership role requires strategic planning, staff management, and collaboration with university stakeholders to support educational excellence. The Site Director is responsible for maintaining compliance with institutional policies and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and student success.
Duties
- Am Shift 6:30-School Begins, Second shift 2:00- 6:00 Pm
- Adminstrative hours between program shifts listed above.
- Full time 40 hours
- Provide leadership and direction for all academic and administrative functions at the site.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet institutional goals and enhance educational quality.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with university departments to ensure curriculum alignment and accreditation standards are met.
- Oversee student engagement initiatives, including enrollment processes, retention strategies, and support services.
- Monitor operational budgets, facilities management, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and academic institutions to promote program growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards.
- Promote a positive organizational culture that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
Skills
- Proven experience in higher education teaching and curriculum development.
- Strong background in education administration within a university or similar academic setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and overseeing academic programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with faculty, students, and external partners.
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives aligned with institutional goals.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds to support their academic success.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
