We're looking for someone with experience in construction staking, boundary, topo and residential and commercial layout. Must have knowledge with utilizing Trimble/Spectra Precision Robotics and GPS equipment.
Responsibilities of the Construction Surveyor:
- Management of the field aspects of projects
- Working closely and collaboration with a dynamic team of experienced professionals
- Performance of boundary & topographic surveys
- Performance of engineering design surveys
- Performance of construction layout and GPS surveys Talent.
Requirements of the Construction Surveyor :
- Minimum 3+ years survey crew chief experience
- L.S.I.T. preferred but not necessary
- Experience with Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Construction Layout, & GPS Surveys
- Experience with Auto CAD Civil 3D for editing field data
- Experience with field survey equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
