Are you a motivated, detail-oriented cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and wants to refine your skills in a professional, supportive, and artistic environment? We're hiring a Line Cook and a Pastry cook to join our tight-knit team at a farm-to-table restaurant dedicated to clean flavors, elegant plating, and technique-forward cooking.
What We're Looking For:
- Motivated, dependable team players with grit
- Passion for learning and refining cooking techniques—from Japanese to French to Mexican cuisine
- Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and hustle
- An eye for plating and artistic presentation
- Comfortable working 40–50 hours per week with seasonal fluctuations (quieter winters, busier summers)
Position Details:
Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepping your station
- Working evening service
- Cleaning and resetting for the next day
Schedule:
- Open Thursday–Monday
- Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $19–$25/hr based on experience and skill
- Health Insurance: Available after 3 months
- Time Off:
- 2-3 week Annual Closures: New Year’s break, February–March break, September break
- Christmas Day & Thanksgiving Day off
- After 6 Months: 1 week paid time off
- After 1 Year: 2 weeks paid time off
