Based in Santa Ana, CA, you’ll arrive each morning ready to turn raw stock into precision tools and saw components. You’ll set up and run Fadal and Doosan CNC lathes and mills, switch seamlessly into precision grinding when finishes and tight tolerances demand it, and verify your work with trusted metrology tools.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (Fadal and Doosan) for high‑accuracy production.
- Perform precision grinding on metal components to achieve required tolerances and finishes.
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to plan setups and operations.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges; document results as needed.
- Maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment to keep processes running optimally.
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Fadal and/or Doosan preferred).
- Hands-on experience with metal grinding and finishing processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments confidently.

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Compensation: $25–$30 per hour DOE
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
