Job Description:
Summary:
The RN - Clinical Coordinator is responsible to assist the Clinical Leader and Director with the delivery of quality nursing services. The Coordinator shall develop, revise, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Participates in performance improvement activities. May prepare schedules, conduct meetings, and assists patients with clinical and other related needs to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the patient. Assists with education and orientation of new team members. The Coordinator shall assist in providing guidance to nursing staff to assure that they practice within established guidelines and standards. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
Associate's degree from an accredited Nursing program, Bachelor's or Master's preferred. Minimum two years experience in a hospital setting, preferred. Experience in their specialty area required. Proficient in computer skills.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid and active RN licensure in appropriate state
CPR required

The range for this position is $49,857.60-$71,208.80. Actual rate is dependent upon experience.
