Full Job Description

A community health organization in Nassau County, NY is searching for a Director of Risk Management & Quality Assurance to join their mission-driven organization.

Job Function:

Lead quality, compliance, risk management, and clinical operations initiatives for a multi-site FQHC serving children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Partner closely with executive leadership to drive performance improvement, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and quality outcomes across the organization.
Oversee quality programs, incident management, peer review, accreditation activities, value-based care reporting, and HRSA compliance while supporting operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
Supports HRSA, CMS, NYSDOH, FTCA, and accreditation readiness

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience in a FQHC or Article 28 clinic setting
Experience with FTCA prep
Experience working with ACOs and ICAs and other value based care arrangements
eClinicalWorks EMR experience preferred
