What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department

Close out repair orders and assist with cashiering duties

Prepare daily bank deposits
-
Handle filing for the service and accounting departments

Organize appointment packets for the next day’s service schedule

Enter additional service requests into internal tracking systems
