Responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge in light, medium and heavy-duty roadside assistance services. IE- Jump starts, tire changes, lock outs, assistance in towing when needed.
- Perform tire installations and repairs on light, medium and heavy-duty equipment/ vehicles.
- have a cell phone and be able to use apps when trained
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify tire-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and service performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a tire technician or in automotive repair is preferred
- Strong knowledge of tire installation, rotation, and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to tire service
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and maintenance procedures is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- must pass DISA and DPS background check.
- office and yard cleaning will be required. organizational skills are a must.
