2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (12% Shift Differential)
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday | 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12% Shift Differential)
Pay
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
+12% shift differential for 2nd and Weekend shifts.

We are hiring Production Technicians to assemble hydrogen fuel cell components in a clean manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing clean energy company where you'll build hands-on manufacturing skills while contributing to innovative technology. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience as a Production Technician, Manufacturing Associate, Production Associate, Assembler, Mechanical Assembler, Assembly Technician, Production Worker, Manufacturing Technician, Machine Operator, or Warehouse Associate are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components and subassemblies
- Read and follow standard operating procedures and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Perform basic troubleshooting during the manufacturing process
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow OSHA and workplace safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts as needed
