Job Summary
MVP - My Village Pub on Siesta Key
Ensure that all food items and products are stored, prepared and served based on the restaurant’s recipe, preparation and portion standards.
Supervise meal presentation in the kitchen and ensure that customers are satisfied.
Order and inventory food product and kitchen materials based on the menu and market demand. Monitor vendor pricing to control food costs.
Schedule and supervise kitchen staff.
Ability to effectively manage sanitary inspections and kitchen equipment (stoves/ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration etc.)
Will require cooking on the line.
Current ServSafe (or equivalent) Food Manager Certification.
We aim to provide a 5-day work week. This is an exempt position.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
